MY LIFE AND REAL ESTATE
The first thing you need to know about me is that I love everything about Real Estate. A wise man once said, "If you do what you love, you never really go to work." I haven't worked a day in 33 years. I love buying and selling Real Estate for my portfolio, helping people buy and sell it. I also love teaching my Realtors how to help their clients buy and sell it. Real Estate is the #1 investment vehicle on the planet. On top of that, we raise our families in it, and it becomes part of us.
I love the Okanagan Shuswap. We live in paradise. We look out our windows to see how lucky we are to live in British Columbia. I have learned the most amazing thing from Tony Robbins; "Nothing has any meaning in life except the meaning I give it." What that means to me is; no matter what anyone thinks of me or says about me, negative or positive, it is my choice how I want to feel about it.

I have been a Realtor for 33 years. Real Estate has been kind to me. I hope to sell my last property the day before I die; it's that fun! It is unique because the more creative ways I can develop to make the buying and selling experience safer, easier and more profitable for my REALTORS and my clients, the more success comes into my life. I have 80 Realtors working for me, and I never compete with them. Although occasionally I still make a residential sale, I try and focus on what I call Investment Real Estate. That is Real Estate that makes my clients money. Commercial Real Estate and Development Real Estate is very different than residential Real Estate. It is sold, priced, marketed and bought differently than Residential Real Estate. It takes years of experience and learning to do the job successfully.
